Katie Price says son Harvey is losing weight after health concerns over his 29 stone weight

Katie Price has revealed her son Harvey his losing weight after she shared her concerns over his 29 stone weight.

Mum of five Katie, 42, has been candid about her 18 year old son’s struggles with his weight, caused by his health conditions including Prader-Willi syndrome, under active thyroid and diabetes.

And Katie, who recently revealed her son’s excitement at returning to school, has since helped her son improve his diet and is using Prep Kitchen meals to help.

She is clearly pleased with the results as she shared a video of Harvey enjoying one of the meals on her Instagram story.

The clip showed Harvey squirting mayonnaise on a pasta dish as he is asked by Katie’s boyfriend Carl from behind the camera: “Do you like that Bolognese Harv?”

To which the teen excitedly says: “Yeah it’s brilliant, oh my f**king God.”

Carl then asks: “Is it lovely?” As Harvey says: “Un-be-f**king-lievable” as Carl adds: “Lovely mate.”

As mum Katie shared the clip, originally posted on Harvey’s Instagram story, she wrote on top: “As always Harvey very expressive with his words.

“But definitely loosing weight with these meals.”

Katie on hired a nutritionist for son Harvey, who recently landed his dream opportunity, in December as he weighed 29 stone.

Katie previously told The Sun in November: “He’ll need to lose weight or he’ll end up dead. I don’t want to lose him.”

The mum also explained how Harvey’s health condition, Prader-Willi Syndrome impact his weight.

“It’s a cruel illness. He feels hungry all the time,” she said. “Every time I feed him, it’s killing him.

“Even though it makes him happy, it’s cruel of me to do it.

“He needs to lose weight or he’ll end up dead. He doesn’t deserve that. I don’t want to lose him.

“He’s only 18, he’s got his whole life ahead of him. I will do anything to help.”

Katie also explained that Harvey has previously had outbursts when she doesn’t give her son what he wants.

She added: “It’s a cruel and horrible illness where he feels hungry all the time — and if he doesn’t get food he gets angry. It’s hard work.

“He’ll smash things up if you say no. I’ve had to re-plaster my walls because he’ll bash holes in them with his head.

“He knows what nice things taste of. I’ll give him sweet potato chips instead of real fries but he knows the difference.”
