"We've always said that – we're like, we always need Little Mix."

The stunning star went on to reveal that both she and her bandmates, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 29, Jesy, 29, and 27 year old Perrie Edwards are all looking forward to pursue other projects.

"I think it's nice that people are starting to do their own bits and bobs," she said, before speaking about what she plans on doing. "I definitely want to travel more and see more fans all over the world."

It looks like Jade, who posted a cryptic quote about "pain" before Jesy announced her break, may also enter a career in TV presenting after it was reported that she impressed BBC bosses with her appearance on Little Mix's talent show, The Search and RuPaul's Drag Race UK.

A source told The Sun Online: "The Beeb see her as a young Davina McCall and are trying to come up with some concepts for her now.

"She shone on The Search and really stood out when she was a guest on RuPaul.

“Jade has everything to make a great presenter – she can read an autocue while also being a bit spontaneous and funny. Not to forget she’s very easy on the eye.”

It comes after Jesy announced she would be taking a break from the band for private medical reasons.

One wrote: “Not to be needlessly dramatic, but in a post-Caroline Flack world and knowing what she's been through mentally, it's hard not to worry about Jesy Nelson and her silence, especially during such a busy period for Little Mix. I really hope she's okay and surrounded by good people.”

Another added: “Stay positive, stay rested, and get better #JesyNelson – we will miss you but we also want you healthy and happy”.

While a third said: “Hoping Jesy Nelson is alright. She’s been through enough already” followed by a red heart emoji.
