Arsenal's Aubameyang 'offers himself to Barcelona' but Xavi could move for Morata as Juve close in on Vlahovic transfer

ARSENAL striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reportedly offered himself to Barcelona – but they may REJECT the chance to bring him to the Nou Camp.

The 32-year-old, who will not travel with the Gunners squad for their warm weather training camp in Dubai, is not in Mikel Arteta's plans.

He has been heavily linked with an Emirates exit this month after being stripped of the captaincy due to disciplinary issues.

The Gabon international, who was released early from the Africa Cup of Nations due to health issues, hasn't featured for the Gunners since December 6.

All signs point towards Aubameyang departing before the winter transfer slams shut.

The 2020 FA Cup winner is believed to already have a loan offer from Al Nassr on the table, with the obligation to permanently sign him for £6.7million.

And their Saudi Arabian rivals Al Hilal are also hoping to lure the ex-Borussia Dortmund marksman to the Middle East where they are prepared to cover his wages.

It has even been claimed that Aubameyang is attracting the interest of six European clubs including Barcelona to keep him in the continent.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the former Saint-Etienne star is desperate to link up with Barca.

They state that the centre-forward has offered himself to the club as he looks to leave England.

Aubameyang could be denied a move to Catalonia with boss Xavi keen on bringing Juventus ace Alvaro Morata back to LaLiga.

The 29-year-old, who is on loan in Turin from Atletico Madrid, was linked with a switch to Barca earlier this month.

At the time Juve were unwilling to cut short his loan spell, but Mundo insist that the Old Lady would now consider parting ways with him.

That is because they are close to announcing the arrival of Dusan Vlahovic from Fiorentina after beating Arsenal in the race to land him.
