The Taurus star sign is given to anyone born between 20th April and 20th May, and it is an Earth sign represented by the symbol of the bull.

The second sign of the zodiac, the star sign is very apt for the son of a career-driven Prime Minister.

According to horoscope website, the Taurus personality “loves the rewards of the game. Think physical pleasures and material goods, for those born under this sign revel in delicious excess.”

The Taurean will be in his element living with his Tory father who has a net worth of £1.49million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Boris’ son might well follow in his footsteps too, as someone with a Taurus star sign is said to be “smart, ambitious, and trustworthy” according to an analysis of the zodiac sign on

The traits may even make him diplomatic, too. “Bulls get the reputation of being stubborn, but they’re not always stuck in their ways,” states the website.

“This searching sign is willing to see another point of view, but they won’t flip-flop on an opinion just to make someone else happy. They will shift their thinking only if they truly have a change of heart.”

The site also says the bull sign is “never afraid to roll up those sleeves and get to work”, suggesting the Prime Minister’s newborn may grow up to be like his father who recently ended up in hospital after working from home while suffering with coronavirus.

The Taurus explainer even includes parenting advice, which Boris and Carrie may find helpful in the coming months.

“Bulls have a mind of their own, and parents would do better to follow their lead than try forcing them on a path they aren’t interested in,” it says.

Boris’ birthday is the 19th June, making him a Gemini – so how does that affect his relationship with his new Taurean son?

According to, the PM may need to take a step back. “A Gemini parent can become frustrated by their little Bull’s stubbornness, and may spend unnecessary energy trying to mold their tiny Taurus into something he or she isn’t. This pair works best when the Gemini parent can appreciate (and not necessarily try to understand) their Taurus child’s traits.”

The site also suggests that as a parent, Boris might be “demanding” due to his Gemini nature, though parents with this sign are also “intelligent, playful, and energetic.”

Meanwhile Carrie, a Pisces who celebrated her birthday on 17th March, will also need to compromise according to the site, which says the two signs will clash but they need to find a middle ground between their water and earth signs.

It’s thought the baby might have arrived a little earlier than expected, as Boris, 55, and Carrie, 32 only made the announcement in March that they were expecting a baby in “early summer”.

However, it’s believed the PM was present throughout the birth which took place at an NHS hospital in London.

Johnson had only recently recovered from the coronavirus which put him into intensive care.

The couple got engaged at the end of last year and are the first unmarried couple to officially live together in Downing Street.

A spokesman for Boris Johnson and Carrie Symonds said: “The prime minister and Ms Symonds are thrilled to announce the birth of a healthy baby boy at a London hospital earlier this morning. Both mother and baby are doing very well.

“The PM and Ms Symonds would like to thank the fantastic NHS maternity team.”
