Dani Dyer gushes over boyfriend after being torn apart by gruelling schedule
Dani Dyer has been gushing over her boyfriend Jarrod Bowen on social media after has been away from home whilst training for the UEFA Nationals League.
She said this is the "longest" amount of time they have spent apart in their relationship.
Jarrod made his debut for the England squad on Saturday (June 4) and Dani supported him at home while he took on Hungary at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest.
The Love Island winner and the sports star have been together for less than a year but seem smitten with one another.
During a Q&A with her followers on Instagram someone asked her if she was missing Jarrod.
She responded: "I miss him so much. This is the longest we have been apart but I'm so proud of him so it makes it easier."
While he was competing in Hungary over the weekend, Dani had spent time with her one-year-old son Santiago at a Platinum Jubilee garden party.
She expressed support from afar though, sharing a photo of Jarrod in his official kit and writing: "Oh I love you."
Dani included an emotional-looking emoji and a red heart.
This comes after Jarrod put a stop to the rumour that he was engaged to his beau Dani last month.
He said: "No, people thought I was engaged, but I don’t know where that came from."
Rumours had sparked that Dyer had said "yes" to Bowen after she posted a cryptic Instagram post earlier this month.
Dyer posted a snap of her and Bowen on her story with the words "you and me forever" alongside a heart emoji.
Jarrod, who is a winger and forward for West Ham United, was announced as a part of the England squad last month, ahead of the Nations League.
Dani said following the squad news that she was "beyond proud" of him.
She added: "You deserve this so much. Love you more every single day.
"Bring it on @england."
Jarrod had suggested that it fulfilled a dream, writing on social media at the time: "A boy with a dream.
"An absolute honour to get called up to the national team. Can't wait!"
