It’s the big one! Some 149 years after they met in the very first match between national football teams, England and Scotland will compete at Wembley Stadium for 3 points… plus national pride, bragging rights and so much more!

England are firm favourites, of course, but have considerably more to lose. A defeat or even a draw here would seriously derail confidence.

The Scots’ confidence, meanwhile, has already been rocked by a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Czech Republic. Can they pull off an historic win?

There’s a lot riding on this for SunSport users too, with a whopping £500 up for grabs – our biggest prize pot yet.

Can you guess the result? It could be the easiest £500 you ever make…!

A delicious Group D appetiser before the evening’s main event at Wembley Stadium.

Croatia will be looking to make their mark on the tournament following their narrow defeat to England.

And the Czechs will be looking to go clear at the top – for a few hours at least.

But what do you think the score will be? Predict right here and you could win £100 cash. It’s easy money!

Resilient Sweden managed to hold out for a draw in a backs-against-the-wall performance against Spain, but can they actually score?

The Swedes haven’t found the net in their last three Euro finals matches now.

Slovakia, meanwhile, gained an impressive 2-1 win against 10-man Poland. A victory here could set up a very tasty encounter with Spain to decide Group E top dogs.

Guess the score below, enter your details, and you could have a handy £100 cash in your bank account very soon…

Boom! SunSport users were bang on the money again, correctly predicting 2-1 to Belgium.

Few could have expected the Danes to dominate the first half as they did, but two cracking goals from the Red Devils sealed a deserved win – the first comeback of the tournament.

One of you is going to be in the money – £100 to be exact – if you guessed right. We’ll be making the prize draw soon. Our winners will be contacted by email, of course, and listed right here. Watch this space!

This didn’t look the most attractive of fixtures on paper but a bizarre pre-match warm-up (shown below), three penalties (two missed) and a spirited fightback attempt from North Macedonia made for a entertaining couple of hours. Beats working, anyway.

The collective minds of SunSport users got this one bang on – 2-1 to Ukraine.

But just a handful of you predicted correctly and entered the competition to go into the prize draw. Were you one of them? Watch your inbox – you might have won £50!

Italy are making a real impression at Euro 2020 with another eye-catching performance against a good Switzerland side – recording their second consecutive 3-0 victory.

Two goals from the industrious Manuel Locatelli and a curling effort from Ciro Immobile fired the Italians into the round of 16, with Switzerland able to do very little to stop them.

Switzerland will have to beat Turkey and pray the Italians can do them a favour by beating Wales to give them the best possible chance of progressing out of Group A.

SunSport users predicted an aggregated score of 2-0 to Italy – you were so close! Many of you did correctly guess 3-0, however, and will be entered into our £100 prize draw. Nice work!

Wales overcame the extremely hostile atmosphere in Baku to defeat Turkey 2-0, with stellar performances all over the field.

It was nervy at times, with Aaron Ramsey missing two absolute sitters and Gareth Bale hoofing a penalty over the bar, but in reality Wales were well on top and looked far the better side.

Wales have now all but qualified for the knockouts and will go into their game against Italy with the pressure off, knowing they’re likely to go through no matter the result.

SunSport users on average predicted a 1-1 draw, with a select few correctly backing Wales to triumph 2-0.

If that was you, congratulations! You’ll be entered into our £250 prize draw, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Finland were beaten 1-0 in St. Petersburg but it could easily have been more, as Russia successfully made amends for their disappointing 3-0 defeat to Belgium on Saturday.

Having beaten Denmark 1-0, Finland still have every chance of going through to the next round, and won’t be too disappointed with three points from a possible six so far.

Read the full match report here.

Group A is wide open as it stands, with both Russia and Finland having one win and one loss. If Denmark can beat Belgium, it’ll all come down to the final game on Monday.

World Cup winners France took on Germany in Munich and came out 1-0 victors after a cagey affair in which Germany never really got going.

The only goal of the game came when Mats Hummels failed to clear Lucas Hernandez’s cross and knocked the ball past Manuel Neuer in the 26th minute.

The Germans were uncharacteristically toothless in front of goal and despite having 58% possession, never really looked like troubling Hugo Lloris.

France also had two quality goals from Benzema and Mbappe disallowed by VAR for offside, meanwhile Toni Rudiger has been accused of biting Paul Pogba.

Read the full match report here.

SunSport users on average predicted a 2-1 win to France, so you were at least backing the right horse!

A fair few of you correctly predicted a 1-0 win to Les Bleus, so if that was you, you’ll be entered into our £250 prize draw! Great work.

European champions Portugal got their Euro 2020 campaign off to a flying start against Group F underdogs Hungary in Budapest.

Hungary managed to keep it even for 84 minutes, but Portugal’s breakthrough came through a lucky deflection from Guerreiro’s effort inside the box.

Ronaldo then clicked into gear and scored a further two goals in a matter of minutes, with the last goal in particular capping off an impressive team move.

Fernando Santos will be delighted with his side for putting maximum points on the board, taking some of the pressure off for their game against Germany on Saturday.

Meanwhile Hungary have it all to do and will have to put in a real shift against France on Saturday if they hope to be in with a chance of qualifying from the group.

SunSport users predicted a 2-0 win to Portugal on average and quite a few of you correctly predicted Portugal’s 3-0 win. Good job!

Did YOU predict the score correctly? If so, you’ll be entered into our £100 prize draw, so keep an eye on your inbox over the next few days.

Despite having 85% possession and 17 shots on goal, Spain were unable to convert their chances and will be disappointed with just a point from their opening fixture.

Sweden were dogged in their defensive duties, with Robin Olsen making a series of near impossible saves to keep his side in the tie.

Read the full match report here.

Victor Lindelof also put in an excellent shift to frustrate Spain, who Sun Sport users had predicted to edge the tie 2-1 on average.

Poland will be disappointed as they came up short in a 2-1 defeat against Slovakia in St. Petersburg on Monday afternoon.

The Poles had the majority of the possession and created the most chances, but a well-organised and clinical Slovakia got the better of them on the day.

Slovakia’s Milan Skriniar was superb in defence, capping off his performance with a great finish from inside the box to secure the win in the 69th minute.

This one was a bit of a belter, wasn’t it?

Frank de Boer’s Netherlands side looked very impressive at times, with PSG’s latest recruit Gini Wijnaldum dictating the game throughout.

Despite the Netherlands going 2-0 up, they were pegged back to 2-2 thanks to a wonder-strike from Andriy Yarmolenko and a bullet-header from Roman Yaremchuk.

Denzel Dumfries sparked jubilation in Amsterdam in the 85th minute with a headed goal, securing a 3-2 win for the Netherlands.

Austria were arguably slightly flattered by the 3-1 scoreline, with North Macedonia giving them a really good game over the 90 minutes.

Despite this, it was the quality of players such as David Alaba, Marcel Sabitzer and Marko Arnautovic that ultimately made the difference on the night.

Konrad Lainer’s excellent opening goal and Marko Arnautovic’s eccentric celebration following Austria’s third were particular highlights.
