The blonde bombshell squeezed her hourglass curves into a skintight pink jumpsuit with a belt around the middle.
Pairing the outfit with a red scarf around her necks and silver boots, Holly looked incredible as she walked into the event at White City in West London.
Holly was all smiles as she was seen next to her husband Dan, who was dressed up as cowboy Ken in black and pink.
The pair completed the look with white cowboy hats as they looked happier than ever at the glamorous birthday bash.
They weren't the only celebrities to attend the event, as they were also joined by Emma Burton, Iain Stirling and Laura Whitmore and Myleene Klass.
But it was Emily Atack who stole the show as she turned herself into Marilyn Monroe, looking nearly unrecognisable as she got dressed up for the event.
As she shared snaps of herself before the event, Emily opted for Marilyn's iconic hair and red lipstick, before finishing the look off with a plunging white dress.
Emily shared a sneak peek at her outfit as she headed to the event before she wrote: "Off to celebrate our lovely @keithlemon being 50 and forever fabulous. I hope to god everyone else is in fancy dress.
