Inside Strictlys AJ Odudus fitness routine as fans are left in awe of her on the show

It's not just been AJ Odudu's incredible dance moves that have left fans in awe over on Strictly, oh no, fans can't help but marvel at her ultra toned bod too.

The TV presenter, who is partnered up with new Strictly professional Kai Widdingtron, looks amazing each week as she steps out on stage.

AJ is currently favourite to win the show, is actually also a qualified personal trainer and sports nutritionist – which explains a bit more about why she has such a flawless physique.

Speaking to new magazine, the presenter says she loves home HIIT [high-intensity interval training] workouts to get her heart pumping, and yoga to keep her muscles toned.

AJ also keeps those impossibly long legs trim by mixing up boxing and skipping, which she says is “great for your entire body”.

AJ also revealed that “hoovering my stairs is a workout in itself” saying: “I think it’s especially important to listen to your body."

“This means not overdoing it one day and feeling stiff the next. Also, making sure you enjoy exercise is key.”

When it comes to the kitchen, AJ favours intermittent fasting, where you eat all your meals within a set amount of time across a day, having her first meal around midday.

The presenter also takes supplements to keep her immune system in tip-top shape, such as vitamin D, zinc and cod liver oil.

The stunning Strictly star first rose to fame hosting Big Brother's Bit on the Side alongside Emma WIllis and Ryan Clark in 2013, and according to BetFair is currently favourite to win the show at 2/1.

AJ's talents don't stop there. Back in July 2021, the Blackburn native won the second series of Celebrity Karaoke Club on ITV2 against the likes of West End star Amelia Lily and reality star Olivia Attwood.
