Jake Paul now wants to fight Tiger Woods because of Google
Jake Paul is making a very healthy career out of boxing famous athletes and now he is targeting one of the most famous of them all, although his reason to call out Tiger Woods is unexpected.
Paul was due to fight Tommy Fury this month, but the brother of world heavyweight champion Tyson has pulled out through injury.
Instead, Paul will embark on a rematch with former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley after beating The Chosen One via split decision earlier this year.
Woodley will be extremely motivated to gain some revenge on the YouTube superstar, but Paul is already turning his focus elsewhere.
The 24-year-old spied a list of the top 10 most popular trending searches of athletes on Google in the US over 2021 and has taken aim at the man at the top of the charts.
Paul himself came in at number 10, with Woods at number one and the 4-0 pro boxer reckons this is enough reason for the pair to step into the ring.
‘Google Trends Top 10 most searched Athletes of 2021,’ Paul tweeted. ‘Looking like a Jake Paul vs. Tiger Woods fight in 2022.’
