McDonald's adding Chicken Big Mac to UK and Ireland menus for the first time

McDonald’s has been making some big changes to its UK menus of late.

First, they said they were ‘parting ways with’ the beloved Breakfast Wraps and Breakfast Bagels for good – a decision which was not loving received by all.

But it seems the powers that be giveth and they taketh away, as the fast food chain has just announced that they’re adding the much-requested Chicken Big Mac to their menu.

After the burger proved a hit in Australia, it will be reaching UK and Ireland for the very first time on Wednesday, February 2.

It’s made of two crispy chicken breast patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles and, of course, Big Mac sauce between the signature three-layered buns.

But you won’t have forever to enjoy this tasty offering, as the Chicken Big Mac will only be available until Tuesday, March 15.

As if that’s not enough excitement for one day, Macca’s will also be bringing back the Double Big Mac, the Chicken Legend, and the Mozzarella Dippers.

As for desserts, the Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry and the Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry will be making a comeback too.

McDonald’s recent menu shake-up has also seen the company announce that the McPlant will be available in all branches in the UK and Ireland.
