When is the earliest Man City can win the Premier League title? | The Sun

THE PREMIER League season is hurtling towards a dramatic finale.

Pep Guardiola's Manchester City have timed an incredible run since the World Cup.

While Arsenal, who led for the majority of the campaign, hit a rough patch at precisely the wrong time.

Including a 3-0 defeat at home to Brighton.

City have won the Prem title in four out of the past five seasons.

And now it is clear when the earliest date Premier League champions can be crowned.

When is the earliest Man City can win the league?

With Arsenal losing to Brighton, Manchester City can win the Premier League title BEFORE they next have to even kick a ball in the league.

Should the Gunners lose to Nottingham Forest, City will be crowned champions on Saturday, May 20.

If Arsenal beat Forest, then City can instead win it the following day if they beat Chelsea at the Etihad.

Should Arsenal draw at Forest then City only need a draw with Chelsea to secure the title.
