Coronation Street fans in stitches as Tyrone unveils cringe Alina tattoo

Coronation Street fans have been left in stitches by Tyrone Dobbs and his latest romantic display in his relationship with Alina Pop.

Tyrone (Alan Halsall) headed to a mediation session with his ex Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) to try and work through their issues to allow them to co-parent following their split.

Fiz had been left laughing earlier on during Friday's episode when she found Tyrone on the floor stuck under his motorbike after it fell on top fo him.

And during the counselling session, Tyrone's leg seemed to be in pain and Fiz demanded he lift up the bottom of his jeans to see his apparent injury.

But she couldn't quite believe it when, rather than a nasty bruise or bleeding gash, Tyrone revealed a rather questionable tattoo on his leg.

It showed two flags plus the letters T and A, which made Fiz think he'd signed up to join the Territorial Army.

He quickly explained it was to represent his and Alina's relationship, and that the brunette beauty had got a matching one too.

And it wasn't just Fiz who found his new inking hilarious, as viewers flocked to Twitter to share their thoughts – and they did not hold back.

One said: "Tyrone you are 100% having a crisis my man, and people will think you were in the TA with a tattoo like that."

Another tweeted: "That tattoo is so cringe."

A third wrote: "Tyrone is not serious with that tattoo."

Someone else wrote: "The tattoo is cringe on its own but who in their right mind would get a Union Jack tattoo?"

Another added: "OMG deffo mid-life crisis for Tyrone. The f***ing eejit."

While another laughed: "Fiz thinking Tyrone has joined the TA – priceless!"

It wasn't all jokes and laughter later on in the episode though, as Ty got some huge news – his abusive ex Kirsty Soames had died.

Rather than lean on Alina, Ty called Fiz and immediately popped over to talk about it.

She took him in and tried to help him, making sure the kids could stay with a friend a little longer while they figured it out.

Kirsty was abusive towards Tyrone during their relationship, which produced little Ruby (Macy Alabi), who Ty and Fiz continued to look after.
