Sister Wives Meri Brown shares heartbreaking tribute to sister

Meri Brown lives her best life following Kody split

Sister Wives’ Meri Brown has taken to social media this week to share a candid post to tribute to her late sister, on what would have been her birthday.

Meri’s younger sister, Teresa Kuntz passed away in 2006 after tragically losing her battle with cancer at the age of 32.

And each year since her sister’s death, Meri honours her memory on her birthday, which falls on May 2.

This year the Sister Wives star shared a collection of sweet photos of the two when they were younger with her 837k Instagram followers.

Alongside the post, Meri wrote: “Never does a May 2 pass without thoughts of my little sister.

“So many conversations missed. So many memories never created.” the star added.

She also included a “Happy Birthday” sticker positioned in the middle of the snap.

Then the TV personality finished off her tribute with “#CancerIsStupid.”

The 52-year-old regularly honours her sister on social media.

Three years ago, also on her birthday, Meri posted a picture of Teresa at Walt Disney World, standing next to Mickey Mouse.

She wrote a lengthy caption explaining: “Teresa always had a dream of going to Disney World in Florida.

“When she was diagnosed with cancer, her sweet husband knew it was time to get here there,” she recalled, before adding: “I’m so glad he did.”

Then she passed along some words of wisdom to her followers, writing: “Go, live your life. Live your dreams. Love your people. You never know if life will be cut short.

“Teresa was way too young, but she lived her life to the fullest while she was here,” she added.

Another @taanjiaw added: “I’m very sorry for your loss,” followed by a love heart emoji.

While a third fan @kissiefaces commented: “Crazy how time ticks by without our loved ones with us. It’s heartbreaking. Hugs,” also followed by a love heart emoji. (sic)
